CCB Consulting Co., Ltd. has been established to provide recruitment consulting services to corporate clients. Our consulting approach is not only “how to do it” but also “how it should be done,” ultimately aiming to empower clients’ recruitment departments.
Our recruitment services differ from the “mass matching” approach that is becoming mainstream in today’s recruitment service industry in Japan. I startrd the career of Executive consultant at JAC as the head of IT division and have more than 20 years experience, at Cambridge Research Institute and Axis Consulting.
I came to recognize the limitations of the recruitment which relies heavily on large candidate pools.
I believe it is crucial to deeply understand each individual’s values and goals to guide them toward successful career transitions. Guided by this conviction, I joined the launch of CCB Consulting’s recruitment division.
I possess extensive experience in placing candidates with foreign-affiliated companies, with particular expertise in supporting IT-related firms.
